Introduction

At BELLOORO LTD, we carefully pack and ship orders from our location in East Ham, London, United Kingdom. We aim to process orders quickly and work with reliable delivery partners to provide a smooth delivery experience.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on every order. There are no minimum order requirements, hidden shipping fees, or additional delivery charges. The price shown at checkout is the final price for your order, subject to any applicable charges clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

Orders are not normally processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on non-business days will generally be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM UK time on a business day are generally processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or another comparable delivery carrier, depending on the order and destination.

Estimated transit time is generally 1–3 business days after dispatch, with an estimated total delivery time of approximately 2–4 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, seasonal demand, or unusually high order volumes. During peak periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

You may also use our Order Tracking page to check your shipment status where tracking is available.

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@belooro.co.uk.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your delivery address before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address. BELLOORO LTD cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Delivery to PO Boxes may be available where supported by the selected delivery carrier.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be honoured only if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. You may instead request a return in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the shipping confirmation was sent, please contact us at support@belooro.co.uk with your order number.

Our team will investigate the delivery status with the relevant carrier and assist you with the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photos of the item and its packaging where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates and estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather conditions, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, UK bank holidays, peak-season demand, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
